Refresh Your Kitchen Counter Decor

When discussing countertop styling with clients the feedback I usually get is that their countertops feel too cluttered and chaotic OR that they absolutely freeze when styling their counters to they don’t add anything to their counters at all. What we are looking for is a mix between the two. I have zero interest in filling anyone’s counter with useless decorative crap, anything I select will be playing double duty - it will look good but it will also serve a purpose in the kitchen. This is key.

Your kitchen needs to look as good as it functions. The more chaos and clutter you see in your kitchen, the more chaotic and cluttered you will feel. When choosing decorative accents for your kitchen start with what you NEED on a daily basis. What can you find that is pretty but will fill in that need. For example a pretty coffee maker or a ceramic bottle to store your olive oil. Little changes like this make a huge impact. I have linked some of my favorite kitchen items to refresh your counters below. And! Once you have updated your counters I want to know how it made you feel. Let’s get you moving towards you very own well designed life.

It’s important that what’s on your counter plays double duty, looks good and serves a purpose. We aren’t interested in anything that will collect dust.
